Z-Line has the best customer service I have ever experienced They were easy to contact and very responsive via email They even shipped us a new part FREE of charge We will never use any other company for our kitchen appliances Thank you to Z-line

Amazing Customer Service

My husband and I purchased a 36 gas cooktop Beautiful After installation we found the knob for the first burner a little stiff to turn and and once it responded the igniter kept sparking Paying more attention to what was happening we realized the knob was crooked leaning to the right We contacted customer service who asked for some information to be sent to them We thought we might just get the defective knob replaced but instead they decided to replace the entire cooktop They didn t even request the defective cooktop to be returned but asked us to recycle it Their customer service was responsive professional and absolutely the BEST

Zline has made my day and restored my hope

Zline has made my day Reagan was so helpful My 2013 Rangehood needed a new hood light replacement and one of the settings on the fan wouldn t work anymore They hooked me up and sent installation videos how to replace the parts as well What great service customer kindness and response that I have not experienced in such a long time Zline has given me hope that there still are companies out there that believe in going above and beyond customer expectation and offering exceptional service and not always focused on the mighty dollar They truly wanted to help solve the problems with my hood at a high level Parts are on the way and I m ecstatic to have my hood in full working order I m also very happy to praise this company with excellence from the start of my call to the finish in sending me the parts Thanks for making me feel hope again in a business one that cares about customer service and being kind There seems to be so few these days Refreshing

Range Hood Refurbishment

The lights on my range hood started working intermittently and eventually stopped working altogether I thought the problem was with the push buttons and ordered a replacement but that did not correct the issue As I started delving into the issue further I noticed that there were heat marks on the cabling and circuit board I reached out to customer service and they helped me switch my system out from halogen to LED and replace the transformer and circuit board by providing not only the components but videos and diagrams on the wiring The customer service agents were responsive supportive and courteous I can t ask for more than that

Great Customer Service

We have a Thor Range and Range Hood The Range hood lights stopped working Upon calling the Zline Kitchen support team they were very courteous and asked me to send them relevant images of model and video of the issue Based on that they have promptly shipped me all relevant parts and a video of how to install the parts Wonderful hassle free support

Huge shoutout for excellent service

I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team at ZLINE for their outstanding customer service From my initial emails to phone calls every staff member I interacted with was amazing They listened to my issue and provided a quick and effective solution Back in August 2022 I was revamping my home and found the perfect stylish microwave from ZLINE at Home Depot It was love at first sight Fast forward to 2024 and my microwave unexpectedly stopped working After my electrician confirmed it wasn t a line issue I reached out to Home Depot without success Thankfully ZLINE corporate stepped up Within 24 hours they called to let me know they were shipping a brand new ZLINE 24 under counter microwave at no cost and I didn t even need to return the damaged one The new microwave arrived within five business days and I couldn t be happier ZLINE truly stands behind their products and values their customers Great job ZLINE

Exceptional customer service

We bought a Zline range oven new in the box from a Habitat for Humanity Restore 3 years ago We absolutely love it but about 6 months ago started having some trouble with the lower heating element We reached out to Zline to get some contacts for a reputable repair company We bought our appliance basically second hand and didn t expect anything but information from Zline Zline not only gave us the contacts we needed for repair but they also went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot the real problem over the phone Turns out we have some frame damage to our appliance and the door isn t closing properly Despite us not having any warranty and without us even having to ask Zline actually did a courtesy parts order for us and had it delivered directly to our house at no cost to us It s a breath of fresh air to work with a company who stands behind their products regardless of where they were purchased Makes us love our range oven just a bit more Thank you Zline
