Excellent customer experience start to finish

We went along to Zofa at Red Brick as we really wanted to see the sofa we had picked in the flesh We were assisted by Aadilah who went out of her way to talk through what we liked and what space we were buying for and took our extension plans and created a visual with the sofa included to scale so we could be confident we had chosen the right sofa for our space We were happy to place the order with confidence The sofa arrived on time and was put together by our delivery drivers and we were thrilled We had a follow up email from John checking everything was in good shape and at that point we were concerned the cushions didn t fit properly and there was a bobble in the fabric Without hesitation John arranged a technician to come out and have a look To our embarrassment the cushion had been placed wrong it was bigger one side and we hadn t realised The issues were quickly sorted and we couldn t be happier with our lovely sofa Excellent customer service from start to finish I would genuinely recommend Zofa to anyone They have beautiful sofas to fit any space and you are going to get great support and service from them

Saffron Velvet loveseat and footstool

We received our hush love seat and storage footstool from Zofa this weekend and I m so impressed Considering it was made to order the speed of delivery was really quick within 4 weeks and the quality is amazing We went for the saffron velvet which is a Beautiful mustard shade The velvet feels really high quality and very soft sumptuous It s a delight to sit in - I can t stop stroking it The loveseat is a great width and very comfy for snuggling up in and I love that the back and base cushions are reversible to stop them sagging a problem we have had with other sofa cushions in the past The delivery company were a little abrupt on the phone when booking but the delivery itself was on time and the two drivers fitted the feet and took all the rubbish away as promised which was a great help and saved a tip run We went for the small storage foot stool which has a very generous storage section in the base I m pleased we went for this size as the large would have been too wide to sit against the loveseat - probably a great option if you re buying a sofa
