Very pleased again

I selected the slower delivery option in order to gain extra points as on this occasion I wasn t in a rush to get my order However it still arrived within a very short time so I will definitely use this option again Everything arrived intact and my order was complete in the one box - there was even an extra little Christmas gift of a toy for my cats Zooplus provide a great service with very good deals and I now never shop anywhere else

Have used Zooplus for many years now and never had a problem with them only Yodel who used to deliver for them but has since been dropped I always get my orders next day In fact one has just been delivered today 12th November after ordering yesterday morning Don t understand why the last two reviews give negative feedback They are a great petfood company and a lot cheaper than Pets at Home or Jolleys

Damaged bags

Received delivery of cat biscuits where 2 bags were split causing biscuits loose in box messaged zoo plus where replacement bags were sent next day Extremely pleased with service and one happy cat

I ordered a temporary indoor run and I needed it urgently as one of our outdoor rabbits needed a recovery area after surgery Despite ordering it just before Christmas it arrived quickly and is absolutely perfect to give her a safe recovery space Thank you

Purchased a catit water fountain at a bargain

Purchased a catit water fountain at a great price was warned due to some reviews here regardless everything was more then fine I did have an issue with the water pump so I had to contact customer service and they immediately offered a replacement or a refund I was really happy with a replacement This is how service should be Delivery to Germany was also very fast both for original shipment and replacement unite I ll be coming back

Amazing delivery timescales

I have been using Zooplus for over 12 months after moving from a previous well known provider who was constantly taking up to a week to deliver our pet food Our German Shepherd has pancreatitis meaning he can t eat shop bought food We switched to Zooplus and also tried their Rocco gastrointestinal which is half the price of the original brand we were buying It s been a win win all round Our large order has always arrived within 48 hours and the vet says Murphy is thriving on the Rocco gastrointestinal food I stupidly put my order in late this month just a few days before Christmas but it turned up the following morning I ve had nothing but excellent service from Zooplus I buy all our dog and cat food from them Delivery time is top notch and I also like their rewards system so I can get little freebies for my parrots Love this company
