My experience with Zoro com was A I needed 3 return air grilles everywhere getting quotes of 40 on up apiece for size I needed Zoro had them in stock for half that I didn t expect very good quality to be honest but ordered anyway They arrived in 3 days are excellent sturdy quality exactly what I needed And shipping was free I m really surprised at all the negative reviews here because when I looked for reviews before I ordered I found much better reviews on the sites I checked Zoro will definitely get repeat business from me

They allowed me to return with no problems

I ordered a boat lift motor and received it the next day Through no fault of zoro it was the wrong motor and I ordered another from them it too turned out to be the wrong motor I needed no fault again on zoro s part I called for a refund for both motors and received a prepaid ups label and after a few days a full refund on both of the motors They even refunded the original freight Even though I didn t end up using the equipment I purchased I find them to be a reliable source for the future I will definitely order from zoro again

I was worried after reading the negative reviews but everything went great for me The price was lower than anybody else The shipping was free even for a 45 pound jack stand pair The item arrived exactly when it was estimated The product itself exceeded my expectations The only thing I wish they had done was send a confirmation email right after my purchase but I ordered late Saturday and got the confirmation email Monday still Overall 5 stars I couldn t ask for a better buying experience

I live in UT and placed my order on the 20th and had everything on the 22nd I m not sure what issues others are having but I got everything quickly for a good price free shipping and didn t have to call anyone Perhaps there are issues with larger purchases items but I would buy from here again

EXCELLENT I order from Zoro at least one to two times a week We get most items that are in stock next day or in two days If there is ever an issue returns are easy but most times they will just say keep the item The only negative thing is that their search is not that thorough Sometimes you must have the exact manufacturers part number in order to find an item But that can be fixed by a google search OH and the pricing is great and you always get coupons in the mail

I had never heard of zoro before but needed some hard to find plumbing parts for an old shower at my cabin Found them on zoro com before reading any reviews We ordered them Friday night got an email acknowledgement and they arrived at my house Wednesday morning I am so glad I didn t read the poor reviews before I ordered as I would have missed out great products at a great price Will definitely shop here again
