worst online service ever
worst online service ever delivery with SDA since last Monday I was waiting at home every day not even once bell ring and today appear in SDA online tracking that data incomplete or absent and I need to go to collect at SDA office Been wrote many emails to Zuiki since last week but the answers are surprisingly ridiculous ask me as a receiver to contact SDA myself careless sender careless customer service

Bad customer service
I went to Zuiki in Adigeo Verona Italy 24 11 2024 I really like this store But the customer service is the worst They don t care about us When we try to ask them anything they don t like us I m a South Asian living in Europe I was choosing a jacket with my mom and looked at it in the mirror several times But when my mom hung it up she even buttoned it up properly Then when I went to the cashier with my mom the young woman who worked there came and spoke to me very rudely She said that I had soiled the jacket while I was looking at it and told me not to leave the store until she came back and fixed it It really wasn t my fault or my mom s fault If it was my fault I wouldn t hesitate to make it right But it s not the customer s job to fix it either Why do they treat us like this I wonder if the people working in this store think we come here to buy free stuff from them Because they treat us so badly I have bought from this store as well as other good stores This store has the worst customer service by far You should consider this
