Life time warranty on my frother and when I got in touch saying it doesn t work all the time they said because I bought it from another retailer they can t honour the lifetime warranty never said anything when I registered and I sent photo evidence where I bought it from

Slow response and poor communication

I placed an order based on a friend s recommendation about the product and customer service I received an order confirmation The next day I received a thank you for my order and a gift 3 days after that I received an email saying my order has been cancelled with no explanation I tried the chat feature to ask why It said I could wait or if I closed the chat I would receive an email I never closed the chat and never received a chat answer I did receive an email saying it looks like it s out of stock - not very definitive Very poor communication and poor practice to cancel with no explanation-4 days after the order was placed I am very disappointed after my friend s exceedingly complimentary approval

Zulay does NOT honor their Lifetime

Zulay does NOT honor their Lifetime Warranty I purchased 2 can openers and neither work now I purchased them from Target who at the time was a Zulay supported marketplace Target is now longer a supported marketplace and because of this Zulay will not honor the warranty

Bought myself the milk frother at Xmas to go with my Brewdini I wasn t expecting much to be honest and I was expecting to have to replace the batteries a lot based on some of the reviews I d read so bought myself a charger and rechargeable batteries to go with it The milk frother arrived fast and I love the little stand it comes with It s super powerful and only takes a few seconds to froth the milk For once all the claims on the website are correct and I ve been using it daily for months now because it makes such a difference using the original batteries so I ve never yet had to use the rechargeable ones I needed to ask a question before buying and found customer services really helpful I also like the background behind the company and the lifetime warranty which I have confidence in

Top notch customer service Emailed on a Sunday evening re my frother that stopped working Had a response within hours and multiple communications through the week with a replacement received by Friday Not sure of the exact date it was earlier this year A very pleasant experience - thank you
