Avoid - uncontactable

Can t get in contact with them 4 emails sent and also holding on the phone gets me nowhere I need to get a valuable item added to my house insurance and nobody will respond I can t imagine ever trying to deal with them for a claim or more serious issue as they can t get the basics right I will be going to the Financial Ombudsman for intervention as I have paid for my house insurance for a year upfront

Happily insured for years not really taking no interest until someone want to claim against my insurance although only a tap he visits doctor ect I feel is equally guilty or at fault for stopping on a major carriageway to give way to a car entering from a minor road Ridiculous

No responses from the claims team They literaly don t care about you Been waiting for 3 months for my claim with no resolution Sent them about 4-5 emails in the last 3 weeks with no answer When I call them there is always a person that does not have information that picks up - they always end the call by saying that I will be contacted but that never happenes This company sole purpose is to take money from people without ever giving them liability - this should be illegal

Absolutely diabolical We ve been waiting payment since 4 08 23 they just keep saying the last person you spoke to didn t put it through to the finance department They must employ a load of incompetents can t even do a simple task shocking

Unreliable and an expensive joke

I tend to not leave bad reviews but I have to Landlords stay away Terribly slow uncommunicative and not mindful of data protection It is taking more than two months and I am nowhere near the end with my claim All of this with the damaged materials still sitting around waiting for them to inspect and depreciating the all environment That 99 of successful claims they state is definitely made up

Breakdown Assist

My car wouldn t start I jump started the battery but it didn t work I called Zurich and they said they wouldn t call to me because breakdown assist is only if you breakdown more than 2km from your home So what am I supposed to do now I don t have the money to pay for a breakdown truck to bring it to a garage what am I paying insurance for at all Am I supposed to park my car 2km from my home in the event it doesn t start Ridiculous
