Avoid at all costs
My daughter bought a mini brands ball with her hard earned pocket money only for it to be damaged Was promised it would be replaced with another in the post and even with chasing has never surfaced after over 2 months waiting I would never recommend this company clearly do not care about its end client and care more about damaging the environment with even more single use plastic tat

Don t deal with company just return product to store
I purchased a child s toy for our granddaughter that had a missing part It was a small part but it was still needed I contacted the company directly which turned out to be a total waste of time I honestly thought it would have taken a few weeks for the small piece to be sent Instead I followed all of their required procedures instead of returning the item to the store I contacted them starting in Oct 2023 and as of Feb 2024 all of the 10 or more emails produced no results I was told that the product was no longer made and that a substitute would be sent Nothing received BAD company experience I had

TOTAL CRAP CHEAP AND NASTY TOYS I BROUGHT A X SHOT TOY GUN FOR MY GRANDSON RUBBISH THE BULLETS JUST FALL OUT I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO THE STORE SMYTHS AS I LIVE IN A SMALL VILLAGE IN THE UK SO I CONTACTED THE COMPLAINTS ON LINE I SENT EVERYTHING THEY WANTED PROOF OF PURCHASE PRODUCT NUMBER AND PHOTOS IVE HAD NOTHING BACK I EMALLED THE CEO NICK MOBRAY HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO EMAIL BACK THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE A TOSS THEY HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY HOWEVER I AM CONTACTING MY MP AND TRADING STANDARDS IF THAT FAILS ITS THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT THEY HAVE DONE THIS ONCE TO OFTEN

This company deserves zero stars My son received a defective toy as a gift Without the receipt I went to the company directly it is missing a hook up for the toy snake so the batteries can t work Over and over they say we are prioritizing this we will send you a shipping notice and nothing Clearly they are giving the run around and never ever intending to follow through They make defective products and do nothing to fix it What an absolute price of crap company I m disgusted

CHEAP Toys AND Even WORSE Customer Service
I purchased all of the X-Shot Insanity guns to create the mega blaster for my son for Xmas It was SUPPOSED to be his big gift on Xmas morning I put it together on Xmas Eve multiple guns connect together to build a massive one and it wasn t terrible putting together but when we woke up --- the stand which is the base holding all of the guns snapped overnight because it s CLESRLY cheaply made and unable to handle to weight of the guns So -- I was out of luck because the Walmart return policy expired since I purchased it months prior I contacted the company directly via email since theres ZERO s to call What Dealing with the customer service team has been a COMPLETE disaster It took 3 months for me to receive the WRONG gun a 7 piece of junk when the gun that I paid for was over 60 I had to provide proof of purchase the original receipt and photos of the broken item to be considered for a new one So with them having ALL of that information where was the mix up They give you the run around in a professional way yet are the most unprofessional company I ve ever dealt with BEWARE

Awful customer service
Awful customer serviceToy broke within a day of recieving Contacted company to advise of this and they said they would send a replacement This was in march 2024 5 months on a chase up email and another promise of replacement later an STILL no replacement Such a shame as my daughter LOVED the toy and was so devastated when it broke
