Never trust the connections given by the time table Anywhere close to rush hour you are bound to miss a connection and if you are hoping to catch a train forget it Given that i pay 2500 - a year for this i would expect that a connection suggested by the ZVV travel planer works more than the current 1 out of 5 times This costs me 2h a week that i spend waiting for the train because i miss the one i supposedly should be able to catch

I had a terrible experience with Zurich Public transportation

I had a terrible experience with Zurich s public transport inspectors The whole process is utterly ridiculous They force you to give your personal details and sign documents without any clear explanation of why It s done in such a way that you feel pressured into complying and at the end of it you re hit with a fee Even if you buy a ticket and it s slightly incorrect they still charge you no room for understanding or flexibility It s as if they don t care about customer service or providing clear information all they want is to take your money The way they operate feels like something from a dictatorship It s funny in a sad way that in this day and age we re still treated like this It s absolutely ridiculous the way they handle everything The controllers are rude and dismissive adding to the frustration On top of that the homeless can ride the trams and trains for free threatening passengers and they re never charged This is just another example of how this system is completely unfair it s as if there s no consistency or justice in the enforcement of rules And don t get me started on the summer months public transport here doesn t even have air conditioning It gets unbearably hot and the stench is awful People are sweating and it s hard to breathe in the packed cars It s simply unacceptable especially in such an advanced city like Zurich This system is oppressive and feels outdated Avoid using their services unless you want to be unfairly treated
