Customer Support
Initially had quick responses from customer support however they then requested further details to pass on which I provided Since then every email I have sent to ask for an updated for over two weeks has not been responded to and I m in no man s land Very poor considering I have been a long time subscriber and recently bought a Zwift Hub bike trainer so have given them a fair amount for myself of money over the years

Zwift Ride was delivered with two left cranks i e quality assurance not done and impossible to use it Hope to receive a positive service experience at least to handle this issue

NO TO ZWIFT
Riddled with connection problems no one to actually speak with Problem after problemNo one to dial in and help fix issues You cannot email them direct you have to go through a system that suits them to keep a big distance between Zwift and their customers Zwift are not customer concentric in fact customers get in their way

Payment issues
Started using Zwift 3 weeks ago with a free trial Completed the payment when the trial ran out I paid on Feb 7 subscription activated on feb 12 next payment scheduled for March 1 Contacted support to mention this They replied they knew there was an issue with the payment but could do nothing about it because I payed with Bancontact Replied them I ll be using BKOOL from know on never really liked Zwift anyway it s to cartoon-like

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - poor quality productRecently purchased a Zwift Hub with Zwift Cog The cog freewheel spring was damaged from new so I was unable to use the trainer Emailed support with pictures they sent the wrong part replacement out - a washer not the spring Went on the chat to explain this and was cut off mid conversation with the support assistant saying they will switch to email Still no solution after a week of contacting support Very disappointed Unless its sorted soon I ll be returning the item and switching brands

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service Beware of buying from Zwift Your order is actually likely to contain two or more packages sent by different couriers - in itself totally frustrating why force a supposedly valued customer to deal with several different companies post-order In my case during a period of cold wet weather I have ordered a Zwift Kickr Core and its controls The controls were delivered by FedEx meanwhile DPD claim to have attempted to deliver the main package They have then immediately sent it back to Base Logistics who have not yet received it - there is no option to reschedule my delivery nor confirmation that Base Logistics have even received this Base Logistics are unable to help and advise getting back in touch with Zwift There is an absolutely useless chatbot on their website - easily the worst I have ever used it simply redirects you to information on their site You cannot call Zwift therefore the only other option is to send an email to their support team and wait for a response - there is no guidance on how long you can expect to wait So here I am waiting for the product I bought at the time I need it the most unable to train unable to get hold of anyone or reschedule a delivery This is the worst customer service experience I ve had in a long time and the Zwift Forum is littered with similar examples As a company they really need to sort themselves out and stop treating customers with contempt once the order is placed I m incredibly dissapointed

DONT BUY ANY HARDWARE FROM ZWIFT COM
Ordered a spinning bike Wahoo Kickr from this website And two other small items The two small items has been delivered in two different parcels and no information send prior to the delivery The 3000 EUR bike arrived with a transport company but in the delivery note it was mentioned they should have a bike in return Which is not the case Due to this they refused to hand over the spinning bike and just left For 10 days been trying to get in contact with ZWIFT or Wahoo UK But not successfull The support site on the internet is just a chatrobot sending you in a loop Finally after long time found a way to write a mail to them after 3 days got the reply they cannot find my order which in itself is insane No telephone number on the website Via google found a number for wahoo UK When calling that number it says the company is closed The transport company have written to the sender of the bike but get no reply either Been chasing the transport company every day since the failed delivery they are not able to do anything when Zwift is not responding Next step from my side is to involve police as this is a fraudulent company and reading other reviews here it seems there is a pattern But doubt very much the police will do anything DONT BUY ANY HARDWARE FROM ZWIFT COM is my advise I am sad I did not read trustpilot before I wasted 3000 EUR
