Just had Zzoomm installed by Georgina and Matt Truly exceptional service from beginning to end Georgina explained how to use Zzoom and supported us to connect whilst she was there checking everything was up and running Would highly recommend Zzoom the overall service has been excellent from the initial booking to the installation Frequent text and emails to keep me updated Thank you Georgina and Matt

Omar and Akar did a fab job We ve very recently moved and they were on time you get notification of a time and when there on the way too perfect when your back and forth whilst movingGot the job done quickly even with the trouble of the many trees in the area all was set up quickly and helped me connect on mobile too before they leftOmar was the one who did the work inside mostly always polite left shoes outside etc even tho I said it was fine nothing was too much trouble Excellent service thanks a lot

It s been running for about 4 months and PERFECT
It s been running for about 4 months and PERFECT The only let down is my house MESH system It doesn t keep up with HD TV especially on BBC My MESH is a few years old and is WiFi 5 My ZZOOMM router is very good and it s WiFi 6 So I ll bite the bullet and upgrade my MESH system The installation was awkward but no problem to the ZZOOMM guys FULL FIBRE all the way to your Modem SUPERB

Zzoomm s engineer Georgina installed broadband for us yesterday She is friendly well presented and knowledgeable about their systems She worked in a very professional manner and went about her business with no problems Explained clearly how to use the product and about how to make contact if any problems arise Very pleased with the whole process from ordering online being kept up to date with the proposed date time and the install
