I received a final demand for payment of a parking fine in July that I had contested with proof of parking payment I contacted ZZPS and explained and the woman I spoke to listened As she had been passed copies of all my correspondence she agreed that I shouldn t have received a parking fine She put the case on hold Two days later ZZPS confirmed the case was closed also the parking company confirmed the case was closed The only criticism I have of ZZPS is that it took 3 goes in phoning them to eventually talk to someone - each time taking 30 to 45 minutes Otherwise an excellent service

I am an uber driver andbi got a parking ticket in Loughton station car park but I wasn t in the car park I was in the pick up drop off area where you are allowed to wait 25 minutes My luck was I got history jobs and it was easy to appeal but I don t understand how the cctv didn t see me going out considering there are 2 cameras on the corner with sainsbury car park and another one when you come outside from pick up drop off area I would like before you send a parking fine to check the cctv and maybe a cctv upgrade to make that car park more safe Customers service was good just you need to improve your online appeal service by adding a phone number

Quick resolution to Parking Appeal
Accidentally put the Registration of my 2nd car instead of the one I actually took to the train station that day when paying for parking Got a fine for not paying rightly so as I put the wrong reg - Appealed and explained the situation and my fine was waived Professional service from Shannon

Amazing and honest company
Amazing and honest company I m so glad they were sent my issue I called them and explained what had really happened sent them proof and they investigated the matter and resolved it Honestly being a single parent I had no idea what they do and where to go for help

UpdateI wrote a bad review last week I received a final payment notice while I was appealing I was annoyed I gave them a call and asked what was happening they apologised and could not explain why The matter has now been resolved to which I am happy I will always post a good or a bad review and don t mind retracting my first review

I spoke with Toni ZZPS about my parking penalty she was so understanding and professional and resolved my case in no time she listed to me and found that a payment was made against my parking so the penalty was closed Thank you so much to Toni this has taken a weight off my mind as I know I paid

I was in a rush at the train station
I was in a rush when I purchased my parking ticket for Redditch station using the app that I had to download Without realising the app didnt put my complete number for the car in and only sold me a half day ticket not a full one as I thought I was purchasing Needless to say I received a fine for not purchasing a ticket for my full registration I contacted them and explained what had happened showed them the tickets I had purchased including a gap where I thought I had a full days ticket and they VERY kindly cancelled the fine All done via email and resolved very quickly Thank you

Prompt and satisfactory resolution
Reference WMT4155834I ve often used the App to pay for parking with no problem However yesterday I received a penalty notice On investigation I found that I had mistakenly put in the wrong location for my parking I emailed with screenshots of the parking history and proof of payment Today they emailed to say the appeal had been allowed Very quick service and I have no complaints about the way this was dealt with
