Don’t trust them!
I ordered a product from Ascily, and it turned out to be a complete scam! I used the lowest level, but it was way too strong and left me with bruises. I contacted their customer support, sent before-and-after pictures, and explained the issue. Instead of helping, they asked me to send a video of how I used it—like I don’t know how to follow simple instructions!
When I requested a refund, they blocked my email! Yes, you read that right—I can’t even reach them anymore. Don’t trust them!
On top of that, the delivery took 3 weeks, and when I finally received the item, I immediately knew it wasn’t right for me. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful, and they told me I had to pay expensive return fees to the USA, which cost more than the actual product! They lied about their "smooth and free returns" policy—it’s just a scam to take your money.
