I needed storage because I am moving and I came to life storage in garden city and the whole experience has been amazing I have been helped by Tai and Danielle and they are so helpful and go above and beyond with customer service I have had storage at other facilities and thru other companies and life storage is fantastic It s new clean and most importantly I feel safe and know my belongings will be safe I love that each unit has light I m not depending on the hall light to see inside And the carts and loading area is clean and organized I previously was at a place that made you check out a cart every time you wanted to use it and it made a quick visit to your storage an ordeal This has been simple and easy Thank you so much Tai and Danielle for everything
