Updating a review I left earlier about an air mattress that was punctured very easily while on a backpacking trip Kilos was amazing with a replacement I sent pictures of the before and after damage and they were more than happy to replace it Absolutely great customer service I haven t had this level of service on the internet in any prior purchase Will definitely purchase again

I m very patient and it took over 1 month to get my 1 item after 2 mid handlings They got it right for a better price I m happy and still will shop when they do have their sales I use two different name brand that vapor com carries and when on sale very good prices I m happy
