Is Ascily a scam? Absolutely!
I ordered from Ascily, and it was a complete nightmare! Is Ascily a scam? Absolutely! The delivery took 3 weeks, and when the item finally arrived, it was way too strong, even on the lowest setting. It caused bruising all over, and I immediately wanted to return it.
I contacted customer service, but they were incredibly slow to respond. After finally hearing back, they told me I had to pay a huge return fee to send it back to the USA—even more than what I originally paid! So much for their so-called "smooth and free return policy."
When I provided before-and-after pictures to prove how damaging the product was, they asked me to send a video of how I used it. I’m not stupid—I know how to use it! But instead of helping me, they blocked my email, making it impossible to contact them again.
