“smooth and free return” policy—it’s all lies.
I had a terrible experience with Ascily, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Is Ascily a scam? Absolutely!
First, the delivery took 3 weeks, and when the item finally arrived, it was way too strong—even on the lowest level. It caused severe bruising, which was completely unexpected. I reached out to their customer service, sent them before-and-after pictures, and explained the issue. Instead of offering a solution, they demanded I send a video of how I used it—as if I don’t know how to follow simple instructions!
When I asked for a refund and offered to return the product, they blocked my email! That’s right—I can’t even contact them anymore. Their so-called customer service is just a joke.
Not only that, but when I first inquired about returning the item, they said I had to pay high return fees to send it back to the USA—more than what I paid for the product itself! So much for their website’s “smooth and free return” policy—it’s all lies.
