Worthystream IPTV Review: A Complete Disappointment
I initially had high hopes for Worthystream IPTV, but wow—what a letdown! The service started off great, but then everything went downhill fast.
For over a week now, the service has been completely down. I’ve opened multiple tickets, yet Worthystream has failed to respond to even one of them. Their customer support is practically nonexistent, leaving users stranded with no solutions.
To make things worse, Worthystream.com cut off my subscription two weeks before it was supposed to end—with no explanation. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. The provider offers half-working channels, many that never function, and others that show entirely different content than what’s advertised. This feels like a blatant scam!
As expected, the channels worked flawlessly during the trial, but as soon as I paid for a full subscription, everything broke down. Channels started freezing, looping endlessly, or showing incorrect content. Submitting tickets is useless; all you get is empty promises that they will "look into it," but nothing ever happens.
Even more disturbing, Worthystream IPTV has been reported for engaging in racist behavior and using hateful language towards customers. If that’s not enough, they have also been caught mishandling and potentially leaking customer data—a massive violation of privacy and trust. If true, this is not just unethical, but possibly illegal, and should be reported to consumer protection agencies.
To top it off, I accidentally overpaid for a one-month subscription, and they refused to refund my money. Even after I canceled my subscription, they still wouldn’t issue a refund. This is theft, plain and simple.
After everything, my Worthystream IPTV experience ended with the service completely freezing, forcing me to reinstall the Smarters app. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even log in after that. Their technical support’s only response was to resend the same login details that I already knew did not work.
Thankfully, I only subscribed for one month and won’t be making that mistake again. Worthystream IPTV is a disgrace—there are far better, more reliable IPTV providers out there. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Worthystream.
