Worthystream IPTV Review: A Complete Disappointment
I started off with Worthystream hoping for a reliable IPTV service, but wow, I am extremely disappointed. The service was initially decent, but the issues began to pile up quickly. Worthystream IPTV has been down for over a week, and despite opening several tickets, I received no response whatsoever. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my subscription was cut off two weeks before it was supposed to end, and no reason was provided. It feels like I’ve been scammed by this provider. I’ve noticed that the channels work fine during the trial period, but once you actually pay, the problems start. Channels break, show the wrong content, and some just get stuck in endless loops. Worthystream reviews suggest similar experiences, but it’s a shame I didn’t pay attention to them sooner.
When I opened a ticket for support, all I got was a vague response saying they’d “look into it.” That’s it. No real help, just a way to fob you off. It’s frustrating when you’ve paid for a service that doesn’t deliver.
On top of all that, there are disturbing reports that Worthystream engages in unethical and even racist behavior towards customers. They also seem to be lying about their service plans and may not be taking proper precautions with customer data. If they’re mishandling your personal information and leaking it, that’s a serious issue and something that needs to be reported.
I also made the mistake of overpaying for a 1-month subscription by accident, and despite repeated attempts to get my money back, they refused to refund me. That’s just poor business ethics.
Eventually, the entire system froze on me. I tried restarting, deleted the Smarters app, and reinstalled it. However, it wouldn’t accept my login details. When I contacted Worthystream’s technical department, the only thing they did was resend the same login details that weren’t working. It was a frustrating experience, and after paying for one month, I decided to walk away from Worthystream IPTV.
There are far better, genuine IPTV providers out there. Worthystream simply doesn’t live up to its promises, and their Worthystream review certainly doesn’t reflect what I’ve experienced. Don’t waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable service elsewhere.
