Avoid Vrimlo at All Costs – Misleading Products & No Refunds!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled after my experience with Vrimlo. I ordered what was supposed to be a book, but instead, I received an empty box! When I reached out, they offered to exchange it for another empty box. No joke. Totally misleading. And the worst part? No refunds whatsoever.
Honestly, I thought I was getting a great deal based on the glowing Vrimlo reviews, but those were clearly fake or paid. The product was cheap rubbish, poorly made in China, and started falling apart after just a few uses. The material felt flimsy right out of the box, colors faded, seams split—it looked worn out from day one. This is not what you expect from a supposedly "legit" business. So to answer the big question: Is Vrimlo legit? Absolutely not.
Also, the slippers I ordered were beyond terrible—shockingly bad quality, completely unwearable, and honestly only fit for the bin. And when I contacted them about receiving the wrong item, I was met with silence. Their so-called policy says you can get a refund for damaged or incorrect items, but I was denied. After back-and-forth emails and no response, I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company just to get my money back.
Even worse, the packaging was terrible, and the product smelled odd. The photos on their site are completely misleading. The item that arrived was a cheap dupe, nothing like what was advertised. It's shipped directly from China, even though they claim to be based in Guildford West, NSW. And yes, they fight you every step of the way if you try to return anything.
