A Complete Scam – Avoid Vrimlo at All Costs!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Vrimlo was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered what was advertised as a set of premium books—what I received was literally an empty box. When I reached out to customer service, they offered to exchange it for another empty box. No refund, no apology—just a scammy, automated response.
Let’s talk quality—or the lack thereof. The item I received looked like it came straight from a TikTok shop for pennies. It was poorly made, smelled weird, and had a Made in China label slapped on it. I wouldn’t even mind that if it weren’t falling apart right out of the packaging. Seams splitting, cheap materials, faded colors—it looked used and worn after a couple of days. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price.
I also ordered a pair of slippers from them, hoping maybe the first order was a fluke. Nope. Just more cheap rubbish. Poorly assembled, uncomfortable, and not wearable at all. Honestly, they’re only fit for the trash.
Even worse, they refused to refund me when I pointed out that I received the wrong item. I emailed back and forth for weeks, and when I finally got a response, it was a flat-out denial. Their return policy is a joke—they only refund if it’s their fault, and even when it clearly is, they dodge responsibility.
The images on their site are completely misleading—the actual products are fake dupes that don’t resemble the listings at all. It’s one of those operations that ships cheap knockoffs from China, but pretends to be a boutique store.
I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. So if you’re wondering, “Is Vrimlo legit?”—absolutely not. Save yourself the headache.
Don’t fall for the fake glowing reviews either. Based on my experience, and many others I’ve now seen, Vrimlo reviews and vrimlo reseñas that are positive seem very questionable. Trust the negative ones—they're the honest truth.
