Absolutely Appalling – Avoid VRIMLO at All Costs!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel obligated to warn others. I came across some seemingly good Vrimlo reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. Big mistake.
I ordered what was advertised as a book, but instead received an empty box. Thinking it was a one-time error, I contacted their support – only to be offered another empty box as an "exchange." No refund. No accountability. Just misleading and borderline scammy behavior.
The product quality across their site is shockingly bad. One item I bought looked completely worn out after just a few uses, and everything reeks of poor manufacturing. Most items are cheaply made in China – which would be fine if they weren't so poorly assembled. Seams split, parts fall off, colors fade after minimal use. The slippers I ordered were so badly made they were literally unwearable – I threw them straight in the bin.
Trying to get a refund was a nightmare. Despite their claim of refunding wrong or damaged items, they flat-out refused after countless ignored emails. I had to go through my credit card company just to reverse the payment. Their customer service doesn’t exist, and their "Ashley from Vrimlo" apparently fights every return like it’s personal.
I even discovered that many photos on their site are misleading or completely fake – the items delivered look nothing like what’s advertised. These are fake dupes, and they seem to go out of their way to stall or block refunds. It's become clear to me that Vrimlo is not legit. Their so-called policies mean nothing, and the overall experience is just terrible.
