Avoid Ascily at All Costs – Total Scam!
I made the huge mistake of ordering from Ascily, and I feel completely scammed. If you’re reading Ascily reviews trying to decide whether to buy from them, let me save you the trouble—DON’T. This company is a nightmare from start to finish.
First off, the delivery took over three weeks, which was already frustrating. But things only got worse. When the product finally arrived, it was nothing like advertised. Even on the lowest setting, it was way too strong. I ended up with painful bruises after just one use. It was honestly terrifying.
Thinking maybe I got a faulty item, I reached out to their customer service. I sent before-and-after pictures, explained the issue in detail, and requested a refund. Their response? They wanted a video of me using it. Are you serious? I’ve used similar devices before—I know how to follow instructions. It felt like they were just trying to dodge responsibility.
