I had one of the worst online shopping experiences ever with Ascily. If you’re looking up Ascily reviews or asking is Ascily legit? — let me stop you right there. NO, it's not legit. From start to finish, it felt like a scam. The delivery took nearly three weeks, and when the product finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised.
I used the device on the lowest setting, and it still left me bruised and sore. It was far too powerful and clearly not designed with user safety in mind. I immediately contacted their customer service, attaching before-and-after pictures to show the damage. What did they do? They asked for a video of me using it! Seriously? I’m not incompetent — I followed the instructions exactly.
