Avoid Ascily at all costs.
I wish I had done more research on Ascily.com reviews before placing an order, because my experience was absolutely awful. If you're Googling "is Ascily legit", let me be upfront — no, it’s not legit. I ordered a product expecting quality and safety, but what I got was completely the opposite. The delivery took nearly a month, and when the item finally arrived, it was far too powerful — even on the lowest setting. I ended up with bruises after a single use.
Naturally, I reached out to customer support with before-and-after photos to explain the situation. Instead of helping, they asked me to send a video of myself using it — which felt invasive and disrespectful. When I refused and requested a refund, they blocked my email address. No further communication, no resolution. Just silence.
Their website proudly claims “smooth and free returns,” but in reality, I was told that return shipping to the USA would cost more than the product itself. That’s deceptive marketing at its worst. After digging deeper into Ascily reviews complaints, I found I wasn't alone — many people had nearly identical experiences.
If you're reading this from South Africa and searching for Ascily reviews South Africa, please take this warning seriously: this company operates globally, but the problems are the same everywhere. The polished ads, influencer promos, and fake reviews are all designed to trick consumers. Whether you're searching for Ascily erfahrungen, Ascily review before and after, or reviews Ascily customers have posted, the truth is clear — this brand is untrustworthy.
I don’t write reviews often, but the frustration and injury I suffered make me feel obligated to speak up. Please save yourself the stress, pain, and financial loss. Avoid Ascily at all costs.
