LacyMate Reviews 2025: Is LacyMate Legit or Just Another Scam? Honest Customer Feedback
I placed an order with LacyMate recently and wanted to share my honest experience to help others decide if LacyMate is legit. From multiple LacyMate reviews I’ve read and my own purchase, it seems this company is far from trustworthy.
I ordered two lingerie items as gifts, expecting quality, but what arrived was disappointing. The products came in cheap packaging, similar to what you’d see from overseas discount suppliers like Temu or DH Gate — yet at a much higher price. One item even arrived broken, with poorly stitched straps barely attached. The delivery was delayed far beyond the promised 5-8 days, taking weeks to arrive.
Customer service was only available through email and didn’t offer any real solutions. Despite providing photos of the damaged items and packaging, they refused to issue a refund or accept returns on sale items. Their automatic discount code still didn’t justify the $100 price for two low-quality products.
Based on this and many other negative LacyMate reviews, it’s clear the company sources cheap goods from China, marks them up significantly, and provides little accountability. If you’re asking, “Is LacyMate legit?” my experience says no.
I strongly advise caution before purchasing from LacyMate. Look for reputable brands with transparent policies and proven product quality to avoid wasting your money and time.
