Zoonfamily Reviews: Misleading Ads, Delayed Shipping & Refund Refusals – Buyers Beware

I want to warn others about my experience with this company after reading similar Zoonfamily reviews. I placed an order for a pet tracker that was advertised as compatible with most smartphones. After paying, I never received an order confirmation. Weeks later, the item arrived with no packaging or instructions—and worse, it was incompatible with my device.

I reached out to customer support but received delayed and vague replies. When I escalated the issue via PayPal, Zoonfamily seemed more upset that I used a third-party dispute system than they were about resolving the issue. They continued sending me setup instructions despite me explaining multiple times that the product didn’t work.

Based on my experience and many other zoon family reviews, this company appears to misrepresent their products and offers no clear refund policy. Shipping delays, fake PayPal invoices, and substandard items seem to be common. If you're considering a purchase, proceed with caution—especially if you're looking for reliable tech or pet products.
