Zoonfamily Reviews: A Cautionary Tale of Scams, Fake Products, and Poor Customer Support

I usually research before buying from new websites, but unfortunately, I skipped that step with Zoonfamily — and I regret it. I placed an order for what was advertised as a “high-tech pet tracker,” but it turned out to be a cheaply made device that didn't work at all. There was no order confirmation, no packing slip, and when I tried to contact support, they were evasive and unhelpful.
