Myvacayhaven Reviews: Hidden Fees, Poor Maintenance, and Misleading Listings

I recently booked a condo through Myvacayhaven and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property was advertised as “luxurious,” but what we found did not match the listing at all. The door handle was broken, the pool alarm kept going off, and maintenance was either unavailable or slow to respond. On top of that, we were later charged hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees for issues that were already there when we checked in. It felt like they were more interested in finding ways to bill guests extra rather than providing a comfortable vacation experience. Based on my experience and reading other Myvacayhaven reviews, it seems that misleading listings, cleanliness issues, and lack of customer support are common concerns. I would strongly suggest double-checking details before booking with them.
