Aerohake Reviews – My Honest Experience with a Disappointing Order
I ordered a lamp from Aerohake after seeing it advertised online. The website claimed it was 12" tall and made of glass, but what I received was only 6" tall and made of cheap plastic. When I reached out to Aerohake for a refund, they initially offered $9, then $16, and insisted I return it at my expense—even though shipping would cost over $30. The product was completely misrepresented, and their customer service has been unhelpful. I reported the issue to PayPal and am still waiting for a resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aerohake. Be cautious before making any purchases—they do not stand behind the quality of their products.
