Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality, No Refunds, and Misleading Return Policy

I want to share my experience to warn others. I placed an order with Grishay, but what I received was completely different from the photos online and of very low quality. When I contacted customer service about a return, they gave me the runaround and then told me I had to ship the items back to China, even though they were shipped to me from the U.S. The cost to return them overseas is more than the products are worth, which makes the “return policy” useless. I asked for a refund but have not received anything back. From my experience, this feels misleading and unfair to customers. Please be careful before ordering.
