Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality Products, Refund Issues, and Misleading Return Policy

I want to share my experience with Grishay to help others. I ordered two items that looked great in the ads, but what I received was nothing like the pictures. The quality was very cheap, and when I tried to return them, customer service gave me the runaround. They asked me to ship the products back to China even though they were shipped to me from the U.S., which would cost more than the items themselves. Weeks later, I still haven’t received a refund. Based on my experience and what I’ve read in other Grishay reviews, this company is not transparent with customers and the products are far from what is advertised. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of ordering from them.
