Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality Products, No Refund, and Unreliable Customer Service

I ordered from Grishay after seeing their ads, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The items I received were not as described, made of very low-quality materials, and nothing like the photos on their website. When I contacted customer service to return them, I was told I would have to ship the products back to China at my own expense, even though they originally shipped from within the U.S. The cost of return shipping was higher than the value of the items. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I still have not received my refund. Based on my experience and reading other Grishay reviews, this company does not stand behind its products and makes returns very difficult. I would not recommend ordering from them.
