Some Style Appeal But Serious Issues with Quality and Delivery
I ordered two dresses from Novodiva after being attracted to their website's trendy designs and competitive pricing. While the styles are indeed appealing and fashionable, my experience with quality and shipping has been disappointing.
The items arrived after an unexpectedly long wait - nearly three weeks instead of the estimated 7-10 days. When they finally arrived, the fabric quality was notably lower than expected based on product photos. The stitching had loose threads in multiple areas, and the overall construction felt flimsy.
The sizing was inaccurate on both pieces. I ordered medium and they fit significantly larger, creating fit and comfort issues. One dress showed visible pilling after just one gentle wash, which was concerning for a new purchase.
Attempting to contact customer service for quality concerns proved frustrating. Response times were slow and unhelpful. The return process appeared complicated and costly, effectively discouraging resolution attempts.
