Mixed quality gift items but shipping took longer than expected

I purchased a personalized photo frame and a coffee mug set. The quality of the items themselves is decent—the photo frame has good materials and the mugs are well-designed. However, my main complaint is the shipping timeframe. The estimated delivery was 7-10 business days, but it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, which was frustrating since I needed them for a gift. The packaging was excellent though—items arrived well-protected. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, explaining there were supply chain issues. The prices are reasonable compared to competitors, though not the absolute cheapest. Overall, Kilometeru offers a solid product selection with decent quality, but I'd recommend ordering well in advance if you need gifts by a specific date. If they improved their shipping speed and provided more accurate delivery estimates, I would rate them higher. Worth ordering from if you're not in a rush.
