Quality Supplements but Pricing Could Be More Competitive

My dog has been taking Tratez soft chew supplements for three months now, and I've noticed visible improvements in her coat quality and energy levels. The ingredient list is transparent and contains natural components without artificial fillers, which is commendable for a pet supplement brand. The product arrived well-packaged and the chews are the right texture—my dog actually enjoys taking them without any fussing. Customer service responded to my pre-purchase questions promptly and professionally. However, I must note that the pricing is on the higher end compared to similar quality supplements from other retailers. I've found the same quality products at better prices elsewhere. Shipping was fast, arriving within three business days. The formulation appears well-researched, and I trust the company's approach to pet nutrition. If Tratez could adjust their pricing strategy or offer loyalty discounts, they would be more competitive in the market. For now, I'm satisfied with the product quality but wish the value proposition was stronger.
