Mixed Experience with Pridola Lamps - Quality Inconsistency

I purchased three wireless lamps from Pridola last month and had a mixed experience. The design aesthetic is indeed beautiful—the lamps have a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with my living room decor. However, quality control seems inconsistent. Two of the three lamps arrived in excellent condition with working remotes and batteries included, but the third lamp had a faulty power switch that only worked intermittently.

Their customer service was responsive when I contacted them about the defective unit, and they offered a replacement. Shipping took longer than expected (about 3 weeks), but the replacement worked properly. The lamps do provide good ambient lighting and the wireless feature is convenient, though I wish the battery life lasted longer than two weeks per charge.

Overall, Pridola offers decent products with attractive designs, but I'd recommend thoroughly inspecting items upon arrival. The company seems willing to address issues, which is appreciated. For the price point, I expected more consistent quality. If you're patient with logistics and okay with occasional defects, it's worth considering. Just be prepared for potential customer service interactions.
