The website itself is user-friendly and their customer support team responds quickly to inquiries, which I appreciated. The trek itself was well-organized with experienced guides and quality accommodations at most locations. However, there were some issues with the initial booking process. My payment confirmation took longer than expected, and there was confusion about my dietary preferences that wasn't resolved until I arrived at the first camp. The actual trek exceeded my expectations with stunning mountain views and proper safety measures. If they could streamline their booking system and improve pre-arrival communication, this would be an excellent service. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Overall, decent value for the price, though I'd recommend emailing them directly to clarify any special requests before confirming.
