Interesting Pieces But Inconsistent Quality And Sizing

I was drawn to Panrila because of their unique collection of vintage and retro fashion pieces, and I did find some interesting items to browse. However, my shopping experience was ultimately disappointing. I ordered two dresses from different eras, both advertised as "excellent condition," but when they arrived, the quality didn't match the photos. One dress had visible moth damage along the seam that wasn't mentioned, and the other fit nothing like the size chart suggested. Their customer service was difficult to reach, and responses took over a week. When I did hear back, they offered store credit instead of a refund, which I found frustrating. The website descriptions could be much more detailed about condition and fabric composition to help buyers make better decisions. Some items are priced quite high for what you receive, especially considering the condition issues I encountered. The shipping was reasonably fast, but the packaging could have been better for delicate vintage pieces. I appreciate what Panrila is trying to do with vintage fashion curation, but the execution needs improvement before I'd recommend them.
