Below Expectations - Quality Issues

I purchased from Mubahy expecting better results based on their marketing claims. Unfortunately, my experience fell short on multiple fronts. The product quality is substantially lower than advertised, with visible defects and poor finishing. Delivery took considerably longer than promised, causing inconvenience to my schedule. Customer service was unresponsive for days when I tried to report issues, which is unacceptable. When they finally replied, the solutions offered were inadequate. The packaging was minimal and didn't protect the product properly during transit. Pricing is not justified given the substandard quality received. I've used similar products from competitors that cost less and deliver better value. The website description was misleading about product specifications and durability. While I appreciate their initial response effort, the overall execution needs significant improvement. I cannot recommend Mubahy to others until they address quality control and customer service responsiveness. This was a disappointing purchase that wasted both my money and time. Better options are available in the market.
