Misleading Claims and Disappointing Results
I signed up for Newmindstart's program hoping for genuine mental wellness improvement, but I was disappointed by what I received. Their marketing promises significant transformation and personal development, but the actual content doesn't deliver on these claims. The program materials feel generic and lack personalization despite claims of customized guidance. The exercises and techniques provided are nothing new or innovative—I found similar advice freely available online. Customer support was unhelpful when I raised concerns, basically telling me to stick with the program longer. The subscription renewal was automatic without clear notification, and their cancellation process was unnecessarily complicated. I spent three months using the service and saw minimal results. The platform user experience is clunky and outdated compared to competing services. For the price charged, better options exist in the market. The coaches' credentials weren't transparently displayed, which raised credibility concerns. I requested a refund explaining the program didn't meet expectations, but they offered only a partial refund after considerable back-and-forth. Overall, Newmindstart appears to overpromise and underdeliver. The gap between marketing claims and actual experience is significant. I would not recommend this service and advise researching thoroughly before committing financially.
