Andrew provided standard advice that I could have found in self-help books, nothing particularly insightful or tailored to my situation. Responsiveness to emails and scheduling changes was inconsistent, often taking several days to respond. The pricing seemed high given the level of customization I received. No progress tracking or measurable goals were established during our engagement. Overall, I felt the coaching didn't justify the cost and lacked the depth I was seeking.
