I ordered two Pridola lamps for my bedroom last month and have mixed feelings about the purchase. The designs are genuinely beautiful and modern, exactly what I saw on the website. The unboxing was nice—good presentation overall. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. It took 16 days to arrive when the estimated timeframe was 7-10 business days. When I finally received them, I discovered one lamp had a slightly bent bracket, though still functional. The bigger issue is that no bulbs came included, which wasn't clearly stated during checkout. I had to purchase bulbs separately, adding to the total cost. Installation was straightforward once I had everything, and the ambient lighting is impressive. The wireless feature works reliably. When I contacted support about the late delivery, they responded but offered no compensation or explanation. I appreciate the product's aesthetic appeal and performance, but the lack of transparency about what's included and the shipping delays created frustration. The price point is reasonable for the design, but better communication about delivery times and included items would improve the experience. Overall, if you prioritize looks and don't mind potential delays, these lamps are worth considering. Just prepare for longer shipping and clarify exact contents before ordering.
