Slow response and incomplete cleanup
We contacted them after a small kitchen fire left smoke damage throughout our home. The initial estimate seemed reasonable, but when we called to schedule, it took them three days to return our call. Once they finally showed up, the cleanup was surface-level at best. They wiped down walls and removed some soot, but didn't address the lingering smoke odor in the carpets or properly clean the HVAC system. We had to hire another company to finish the job properly. For the price they charged, I expected much more thorough work and better communication.
