Did the job but nothing special

Called them after a garage fire left smoke residue throughout our house. They arrived within a day and gave us a quote that was in line with what we expected. The crew was polite and worked efficiently, cleaning walls, ceilings, and most of the affected areas. However, I noticed they missed a few spots behind furniture and the odor lingered a bit longer than they said it would. We ended up buying our own air purifiers to help with the smell. For the price, I expected a slightly more thorough job, but overall they got the main work done and we were able to move back in on schedule.
