Unprofessional and overpriced installation

We contacted this company to install a security camera system and door sensors at our home. The quote they gave us over the phone was significantly lower than what they charged us after the installation was complete. The technician showed up an hour late without calling ahead, and during the install he left a mess of wires hanging down the wall instead of concealing them properly. When I pointed this out, he said it would cost extra to hide the cables. The system itself works, but the mobile app connectivity is spotty and customer support hasn't returned my calls about fixing it. For what we paid, I expected much better professionalism and service quality.
