Adequate cleanup but slow response time

After a small fire in our kitchen left smoke residue throughout our home, we called this company for restoration services. It took them nearly 48 hours to respond to our initial inquiry, which was frustrating given the urgency of the situation. When the crew finally arrived, they were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. They cleaned the walls and ceiling, treated the affected areas, and ran air purifiers for several days. The odor was significantly reduced, though I still notice a faint smell in the back bedroom occasionally. The pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Overall, they got the job done and our house is livable again, but I wish they had responded faster when we first reached out.
