Quick response and thorough restoration work

After a small electrical fire left smoke damage in our Alpharetta home, we contacted this restoration company based on a neighbor's recommendation. They arrived the same afternoon to assess the extent of the damage and provided a detailed plan for the cleanup process. Their crew was professional and respectful of our property, taking care to protect undamaged areas before starting work. Over three days, they systematically cleaned all affected surfaces, treated the walls and ceilings, and ran air scrubbers to eliminate the lingering smoke odor. The project manager checked in with us daily to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions patiently. The pricing was fair and aligned with the initial estimate they provided. Four months later, there's no trace of smoke smell and our home feels completely back to normal. We appreciated their attention to detail and would recommend them for anyone dealing with fire or smoke damage in the Alpharetta area.
