A local independent bookstore invited me to participate in an author showcase, which finally gave me the motivation to stop talking about publishing and actually complete the process. Oakmont Publications became part of that journey by helping transform my finished manuscript into a professionally published book. Every update brought a new sense of anticipation as the project moved closer to the event, and seeing my book displayed alongside other authors was a moment I'll never forget. It was more than just releasing a book, it felt like becoming part of the writing community. That experience made all the time and effort I had invested in writing feel truly worthwhile.
