Real Progress With Our Reactive Dog
Our rescue mix was reactive to other dogs and walks on the Upper West Side were a daily stress test. He would lunge and bark at everything on two or four legs. A friend recommended Pepe and the difference has been night and day. The training is science based and force free, which mattered to us, and we worked in our actual building, elevator, and block so the skills held up in the real city. He gave us clear homework and realistic expectations instead of promises. Within a few weeks our boy was checking in with us instead of exploding. We also signed up for a couple of the group classes and he has made real progress around other dogs now. The puppy program was great for a friend, and the in-home setup meant no stressful trips across town with a reactive dog. If you live in an apartment in Manhattan, this is the trainer you want.
